Shattered Existence Translucent Red Vinyl by Xentrix
English thrash metal outfit Xentrix is commonly referred to as one of the “big four” of English thrash metal, given their popularity in the underground metal scene of the mid1980s to mid1990s. The band was formed in 1984 under the name Sweet Vengeance, but after signing with Roadrunner Records they changed their name to Xentrix in 1988. Not long after, Xentrix released its debut album Shattered Existence in 1989. In support of the album, the band toured with Sabbat. The album set the tone for future works and lifted Xentrix to many metalheads’ treasured band. Shattered Existence is available as a limited edition of 1500 individually numbered copies on translucent red coloured vinyl and includes an insert.

All proceeds will go to the War Child charity.The intention was also to make a quality compilation, something that would sound good this and every Christmas. When approaching artists who we knew would understand the spirit of the album, we gave them one of three choices they could cover a Christmas standard, jingle up one of their existing songs or donate an original song about Christmas. In October 1973 Bob Marley and the Wailers gave an intimate performance at Capitol Studios in Hollywood. Whilst they performed and recorded twelve classic songs, from the sidelines producer Denny Cordell captured the event on camera.The footage lay unseen for decades and was long considered lost, until a freelance researcher, sent to archive all things Marley, found a few frames. Intrigued, for over 20 years the trail to track down more of the film led him through storage units and record company archives from New York and London to San Diego until, finally, enough of the precious fragments were assembled. Now, painstakingly restored and edited, the Capitol Session ’ 73 is ready for release and set to become arguably the finest audiovisual recording of Bob Marley and the Wailers in existence.
