Music is and always will be in our DNA, the chemistry we have as a band is unique and we’ re looking forward to our new chapter 2.0. It feels good to be back”.

It also includes a brand new track The Best Mistakes.Remastered at Abbey Road, this new ‘Best Of’ offers a comprehensive guide to The Divine Comedy as curated by Neil Hannon himself and will be released on his own Divine Comedy Records. The album cover is taken from a new shoot by acclaimed music photographer Kevin Westenberg.The album will be released as a 24 track standard 2CD double heavyweight black vinyl in a gatefold sleeve limited edition double heavyweight colour vinyl in a gatefold sleeve and as a limited edition 3CD edition containing the 24 track Best Of as well as “Super Extra Bonus Album” a collection of new and unreleased recordings. Both vinyl editions come with a download card for the Best Of album and bonus volume.

Fronted by Crispin Hunt, the group also featured guitarist Richard Hawley, Simon Stafford on bass and drummer Andy Cook. Originally released in 1999 on U2s Mother label, Mobile Home was the bands second and final release. Highlights include the singles Blue Skies and The Frank Sonata and the Stephen Street produced track Gangsters. The album is now issued on vinyl for the very first time, pressed on 180g heavyweight clear vinyl, housed in a UV gloss sleeve.
