Available with Vinyl records London. Limited Cassettes John Lennon John Lennon’s classic debut solo album plus 3 singles, featuring John Lennon, Ringo Starr, Klaus Voormann, George Harrison, Eric Clapton, Billy Preston & Phil Spector. Completely remixed from the original multitracks at Abbey Road Studios by triple GRAMMY Award winning engineer Paul Hicks, overseen by producer Yoko Ono Lennon.Contains Ultimate Mixes of the album, singles ‘Give Peace A Chance’, ‘Cold Turkey’ & ‘Instant Karma We All Shine On’ plus a second CD containing outtakes of each.Plastic Ono Band was the debut solo album by John Lennon. Released on December 11th 1970, John and Yoko had started writing and demoing at Abbey Road EMI Studios in the summer, with recording sessions during SeptemberOctoberAfter the breakup of The Beatles that year, John and Yoko embarked on a period of selfreflection and experimentation, with the results that the songs and sessions for Plastic Ono Band were heavily influenced by his immersion in Arthur Janov’s primal therapy. John was able to find emotional depth and honesty within himself that few artists had ever done before, with John saying to Rolling Stone “now I write all about me and that’s why I like it. It’s me.” . The result is perhaps the most honest and emotionally raw album that anyone has ever released, let alone someone who was one of the four most famous musicians on the planet. With a small core band comprised of just Ringo Starr on drums and old friend Klaus Voorman on bass, coproduced by Phil Spector, the album peaked at 8 in the UK charts and 6 in the USA. It has come to be regarded by many as John’s finest solo work and has continued to grow in stature and reverence and has often featured in various Best Of lists through the years since. Not only does this album feature some of John’s bestloved and most impactful songs – Mother, Working Class Hero, Isolation, God – but this new set also includes the singles Give Peace A Chance, Cold Turkey and the classic Instant Karma We All Shine On.Released on the same day was Yoko Ono’s Plastic Ono Band album, the couple regarding the release as a pair of albums rather than two entirely separate projects, albeit of course it not achieving the same sort of coverage or chart success as John’s.Coming as this does hot on the heels of last year’s much loved and wellreviewed “Gimme Some Truth” set and “Imagine” before that, the audio has been completely remixed from the original studio tapes as part of the ongoing John Lennon Ultimate Mix series. The aim for this mix process is to achieve three things to remain faithful and respectful to the original recordings to ensure that the sound is sonically clearer overall and to increase the clarity of John’s vocals. As Yoko says, “it’s about John” and this new mix shows that it is his voice that brings the biggest emotional impact of the album. This multiformat release included a CDBD Super Deluxe Box with 130 page book featuring many exclusive and new photos, trackbytrack notes in the words of John and Yoko, lots of tape boxes and full breakdown and descriptions of the audio content. As well as the new Ultimate Mix, we have 5 further CD discs, each focusing on different and new aspects ,including original outtakes, demos, Elements Mixes focusing on individual aspects of the songs to reveal unheard elements, Evolution Mixes the story of each song from demo to complete recording, Raw Mixes unadorned studio takes that place you inside the room almost sitting alongside the band and a further disc of studio Jams. There are two Bluray Audio discs that feature hires stereo 19224 versions of all the above as well as surround mixes in 5.1 and Dolby Atmos. Further material only available on BD includes the Yoko Ono BandPlastic Ono Band Live Sessions from the original recording sessions and featuring Ringo Starr and Klaus Voorman.

Dreamers Are Waiting Limited Edition Solid Silver Vinyl + CD – Crowded House
Available with Vinyl records London. Silver Vinyl Vinyl Records Silver Vinyl Crowded House Crowded House is a long standing and muchloved vehicle for the song writing talents of Neil Finn. Formed in Melbourne Australia in 1985 out the ashes of New Zealand’s Split Enz by Neil, Paul Hester and Nick Seymour, their eponymous selftitled debut album on Capitol Records went on to global success with the hits ‘Don’t Dream It’s Over’ and ‘Something So Strong’. Those songs and many that followed are still resonating with audiences today, the former in particular being one of the most covered songs of the last 20 years. The band’s first incarnation lasted from 1985 through 1995 with 4 studio albums and enjoyed much success worldwide, becoming particularly beloved for their freewheeling and interactive live shows. This lineup said Farewell to the World on the steps of the Sydney Opera House in 1996 with a now legendary performance in front of 150,000 people. In 2005 following the tragic death of Paul Hester, Neil and Nick felt emotionally compelled to bring CROWDED HOUSE back, to put some more good history, as they described it, into the story of the band. Drafting in new drummer Matt Sherrod and with long time touring member Mark Hart they released the album Time On Earth to critical acclaim and toured the world. Another album, Intriguer, was recorded in 2009 and CROWDED HOUSE was inducted into the Aria Hall of Fame in 2016, at the same time reprising its Farewell shows at the Sydney Opera House with 3 nights of stunning performances. With in excess of 12 Million albums sold across six studio albums, two acclaimed Best of collections, over 1.2 Billion streams to date and following Neil Finn’s surprise star turn and an extremely successful world tour with Fleetwood Mac, Neil and Nick Seymour are inspired to begin a new chapter in the CROWDED HOUSE story. A new generation has grown up and connected with their songs and will now get to experience fresh new music alongside legendary anthems from the band’s 35year career.

Their third album Good Woman was written and recorded amid major upheaval, heartbreak and bereavement. In early 2020 the band resumed touring, unveiling their expansive and exhilaratingly powerful new sound, and previewing these emotionally affecting songs in intimate venues across the country with tickets selling out in seconds. They ended the tour with a triumphant homecoming appearance at the 6 Music Festival. The Staves’ first album in five years is an accumulation of everything that life has thrown at them in that time. Emily “You find strength in the vulnerability and you find beauty in the sadness and magic in the despair. We lost so much, but we found so much. And while the album is not all about mum, something shifted in us when she died that made us make the record in the way that we made it. We became more fearless.”Camilla “It feels more about trying to take ownership of these events and not letting sadness or trauma rule you.”Jessica “It’s a record about sisterhood, motherhood and daughterhood love, loss, change and trying to be a good person, a good woman.”
