Digipak CD Album. First 75 orders come with a free Prefect badgeOne of the finest hard rock vocalist in recent years, Josh Todd Buckcherry, has returned with an amazing and dynamic, new project appropriately titled, JOSH TODD amp THE CONFLICT. The band is set to release their debut offering Year of the Tiger on September 15th, 2017.Todd states It was time for me to make a record, it has been two years since I put out new music and thatrsquos a long time for me. I am a student of the game and this was an opportunity to not just make a traditional sounding rock record like I have been doing in the past. The Conflict stuff is heavy, melodic and honest, with a lot of risk taking and these are the records that bring out the best in me.Stevie D Buckcherry and I wrote all the songs and it was a long time coming. He also coproduced the record with Erik Kretz from Stone Temple Pilots and we had a lot of fun doing it. The record is called ldquoYear of the Tigerrdquo and we are coming to every nook and cranny of the world to pulverize and mesmerize, put it on, turn it up and go kick some ass These guys are great people and amazing players and it comes off live in a BIG way. You donrsquot want to miss it.rdquoSpeaking about the motivation that led to starting this new project, Josh adds ldquoI have a lot of storytelling in me and I always wanted to start another band. Something more reckless and off the beaten rock path. A lot of changes had taken place in Buckcherry and I didnt want to go another year without making new music. BC is in a great place we have a great new lineup and we have a handful of dates to complete this year. However, my full attention is on JOSH TODD amp THE CONFLICT and the record dropping on September 15th. My goal is to give each band a break, so I can stay consistently making music without over touring and build both situations into something really cool.Badge colours and designs are assigned randomly and cannot be changed, exchanged or refunded.
