Description

In 1997, Josh Homme Queens Of The Stone Age and a handful of friends retreated to the desert of Joshua Tree, CA in order to isolate themselves from the distractions and comforts of their everyday lives. What began as a casual writing and recording session amongst friends has since become a project of legend. Spanning twelve volumes over the course of two decades, Desert Sessions has featured some of musics most cherished icons stepping out of their comfort zones and collaborating with one another to create some of the most exciting music of their careers. After nearly sixteen years since its last entry, the longestrunning mix tape in existence, Desert Sessions returns with two stunning new volumes in its already storied catalogue, Vols. 11 amp 12, featuring collaborations from Billy Gibbons ZZ Top, Les Claypool Primus, Stella Mozgawa Warpaint, Jake Shears Scissor Sisters, Mike Kerr Royal Blood, Carla Azar Autolux, Jack White, Matt Sweeney Chavez, David Catching Cofounder of Rancho De La Luna studio, comedian Matt Berry What We Do In The Shadows, Trnst Hlpft and newcomer Libby Grace.Vinyl package includes a one of a kind custom mix amp match body swap booklet.

Official 12 Inch Vinyl

Browse records identified as 12-inch vinyl, from albums and singles to extended mixes and box-set inclusions. The category is organised by the size stated in the catalogue, not by genre or pressing colour. Some listings may combine a 12-inch record with CDs, prints or other items. Use the product page to confirm disc count, speed, tracklist, edition, colour and package contents. These specifications vary from release to release, and the individual listing is the source for current availability. The catalogue may also pair records with companion formats.

Official Vinyl Records

Vinyl Records are at the heart of what we do, from brand new releases to classic pressings that never lose their pull. You’ll find albums across rock, indie, electronic, punk, metal, hip-hop and beyond, alongside reissues, limited editions and coloured vinyl where available. Whether you’re crate-digging for something familiar or discovering a record for the first time, everything here is chosen for people who actually listen, not just collect. Alongside vinyl, our store brings together official band merchandise and music culture essentials in one place. That means band t-shirts, hoodies, posters, accessories and select collectibles, all sitting naturally alongside the records they belong with. It’s a space built for music fans — the kind who care about artwork, sound, and the stories behind it — whether you’re buying your next favourite record or something to wear, hang, or keep that connects you to the music you love.
