Includes 16 page fanzine The Melodies MelozineInitial pressing of 2000 onlyMelodies International proudly expand their catalogue of rare soul gems with another carefully crafted reissue, complete with full 16 page Melozine. This time its the spellbinding Tomorrows People album Open Soul. Deep in South Chicago, a band of four brothers raised on doowop and fleamarket instruments made a record during the mid 70s that did not only mark a seminal point in their youthful careers, but would go on to become a true collectorrsquos favourite. Open Soul is quite simply one of the best examples of raw, stripped down soul in its purest form, and for this reason has become a highly sought after rarity. The album has been carefully reproduced and will be officially available for the first time in 40 Years, this time accompanied by an interview with one of the original brothers, various Tomorrows People memorabilia and a number of other contributions from Melodies friends around the world.

Official Vinyl Records

Vinyl Records are at the heart of what we do, from brand new releases to classic pressings that never lose their pull. You’ll find albums across rock, indie, electronic, punk, metal, hip-hop and beyond, alongside reissues, limited editions and coloured vinyl where available. Whether you’re crate-digging for something familiar or discovering a record for the first time, everything here is chosen for people who actually listen, not just collect. Alongside vinyl, our store brings together official band merchandise and music culture essentials in one place. That means band t-shirts, hoodies, posters, accessories and select collectibles, all sitting naturally alongside the records they belong with. It’s a space built for music fans — the kind who care about artwork, sound, and the stories behind it — whether you’re buying your next favourite record or something to wear, hang, or keep that connects you to the music you love.
