Description

Forged in the depths of the Black Country, during a time when the world was stuck indoors, inspired by a love of Murder Ballads and free noise, chemically propelled, loose lipped, and armed with a Space Echo, Eventide H910 and a story to tell. 2008, Jon Simcox and Phil Etheridge met whilst touring with Etheridges band The Twang. Simmo went on to produce the 3rd 4th and 5th Twang records whilst working as a successful monitor engineer with the likes of The Kills, Primal Scream, Liam Gallager, FKA Twigs, Catfish and the Bottlemen and most recently Bring Me The Horizon and Ride. After many years of collaborative songwriting, they recruited long time friend Jonny Scott Chvrches and vocalist Cat Matigue Tom Grennan to create This Rebels first self titled record. Vinyl

Vinyl records are a timeless format that continues to captivate music lovers with their warm, analogue sound. Unlike digital formats, vinyl offers a rich, textured listening experience that many argue feels more authentic and immersive. With their larger artwork and tangible presence, records bring a sense of nostalgia and artistry to any music collection.

Whether you’re a seasoned collector or new to the world of vinyl, records have a unique ability to connect listeners to music on a deeper level. Their physical grooves and the ritual of placing a needle on a spinning disc create a tactile and engaging experience. From classic albums to modern releases, vinyl remains a cherished way to enjoy music.
