Description

IN TRANCE is the Scorpions third studio album and the first album the band recorded together with producer Dieter Dierks, who later turned out to be a longtime companion of the Scorpions. The album was released on 17 September 1975 and provided the bands big breakthrough in Japan. Besides Klaus Meine, Uli Jon Roth can also be heard as a singer on the songs Dark Lady and Sun in My Hand, which he wrote himself. Besides the eponymous hit In Trance, the album contains Night Lights, the bands first purely instrumental piece composed by Uli Jon Roth. The legendary artwork of IN TRANCE was created by photographer Michael von Gimbut. IN TRANCE was remastered with special sensitivity from the original tapes and is now released as a 180g 1LP, pressed on transparent vinyl. Scorpions is available for home delivery from Vinyl Records London, only £25 +P&P

Vinyl

Vinyl records are a timeless format that continues to captivate music lovers with their warm, analogue sound. Unlike digital formats, vinyl offers a rich, textured listening experience that many argue feels more authentic and immersive. With their larger artwork and tangible presence, records bring a sense of nostalgia and artistry to any music collection.

Whether you’re a seasoned collector or new to the world of vinyl, records have a unique ability to connect listeners to music on a deeper level. Their physical grooves and the ritual of placing a needle on a spinning disc create a tactile and engaging experience. From classic albums to modern releases, vinyl remains a cherished way to enjoy music.
