Description
Frei.Wild Since 2001 THE musical counterculture to pretty much everything that has a place in the charts, rank, success and a name.Frei.Wild is not left rock and no, Frei.Wild is not right rock either.Frei.Wild, and that alone is atypical for the German gold and platinum music landscape, is politically centered but still absolutely straightforward right into the heart of society German rock.A long sentence, but it explains this German rock cylinder that has been rocking for 16 years now.Always up for a scandal, an everloyal way of standing by yourself and your ideals, never forgetting where you come from and where you want to go.In addition, hymnic, gripping melodies and captivating lyrics directly from the pulse of life.Great, unforgettable live shows and an overriding directness that inspires and outrages at the same time.34Frei.Wild is not just any band that you just talk about. No, about, on and about Frei.Wild you argue, discuss, live, scratch, twist and dance, so we already had the musicians in the album track Geartete Knste.According to the band with a small smile on their lips, we want to and will take care of that this time as well.We have a certain set of values, a view of things that is clear to us, and above all we feel it is more important than ever to raise our voice. In doing so, we want to remain sincere and honest and accept the associated consequences. The fact that you step on one or the other039s toes, certainly conjures up certain rivalries and is perhaps also dismissed as the eternally provocative rebels of yesterday and tomorrow may be true, but it also honors us.As I said, the succus of this whole thing and the wild lights of our snapshots were ultimately what gave this album its absolutely fitting name.We039ve always seen the spirit of rock 039n039 roll right there where rough edges, resistance and edges meet noise, punch and directness and yes damn we love that spirit from back then, which also yanks our volume controls up, more than thatnever before..With 34Rivalen und Rebellen, Frei.Wild set themselves a major task, even by their standards. It was and is still necessary to face even higher hurdles and to surpass their last albums, all of which reached number 1 in the official German charts. And it039s obvious to themsucceeded this time too. With truly great passion, with a lot of courage, with a daring tongue, but also with razorsharp craftsmanship, 34Rivals and Rebels34 is probably the next forerunner to new musical horizons. With what is now their eleventh longplayer, the band consciously hits the familiar notch of past albums, which is ultimately also responsible for their great success, but at the same time provides some big surprises that will certainly make fans and critics039 hearts beat faster. On 34Rivalen und Rebellen34, rerecorded and produced by Alex Lysjakow and corecordingman Jrg 34Warthy Wartmann34, the four inseparable 34countercurrent South Tyroleans34 from Frei.Wild deliver exactly what makes them so unique An emotionally charged firework display full of hard and gripping hits, captivating, cracking midtempo songs, bandtypical offbeat tracks and touching ballads. The CD double album with 26 songs in a highquality bound 32page eco book.
