The band followed this with many more hit singles and the very successful albums Doubt 1991, and Perverse 1993.Fourth album Already August 1997 featured the hit singles The Next Big Thing and Chemical 1, but was the last album by the band until 2001.Heres what Iain Baker has to say about this album In the mid90s, Britpop was most definitely in the ascendant. In a musical climate which had now reverted further back towards the 60s, with ladrock, dadrock and basically, badrock, we resolutely followed our own path. That still meant dance music was our primary influence, and the internal language of techno, drumnbass or hardcore defined how we approached our new material.Featuring the hit singles The Next Big Thing and Chemical 1, the album is pressed on 140g translucent vinyl.
Vinyl records are a timeless format that continues to captivate music lovers with their warm, analogue sound. Unlike digital formats, vinyl offers a rich, textured listening experience that many argue feels more authentic and immersive. With their larger artwork and tangible presence, records bring a sense of nostalgia and artistry to any music collection.
Whether you’re a seasoned collector or new to the world of vinyl, records have a unique ability to connect listeners to music on a deeper level. Their physical grooves and the ritual of placing a needle on a spinning disc create a tactile and engaging experience. From classic albums to modern releases, vinyl remains a cherished way to enjoy music.
