As the title suggests, the album offers an insight into an 8 month period of Fred’s life, stitching together vocal clips and found sounds to create a deeply autobiographical followup to his breakthrough record Actual Life April 14 December 17 2020. The repress remains on a clear vinyl, but this time round the vinyl comes in a black inner bag.Actual Life 2 February 2 October 15 2021 features his hit singles Billie loving arms, Hannah the sun and Faisal envelops me.
