Released in 2010, after the band had taken a period of time off, A New Athens was the bands sixth album. Featuring the singles Golden Soul and Carry Me Home and issued on the bands own label, this album contains their last studio recordings to date. Now issued on black vinyl for the first time, the outer and inner sleeves provide a proper display of David Fawcetts amazing paintings. Pressed on 180gram black vinyl.
Vinyl Records are at the heart of what we do, from brand new releases to classic pressings that never lose their pull. You’ll find albums across rock, indie, electronic, punk, metal, hip-hop and beyond, alongside reissues, limited editions and coloured vinyl where available. Whether you’re crate-digging for something familiar or discovering a record for the first time, everything here is chosen for people who actually listen, not just collect. Alongside vinyl, our store brings together official band merchandise and music culture essentials in one place. That means band t-shirts, hoodies, posters, accessories and select collectibles, all sitting naturally alongside the records they belong with. It’s a space built for music fans — the kind who care about artwork, sound, and the stories behind it — whether you’re buying your next favourite record or something to wear, hang, or keep that connects you to the music you love.
