CD Digipak Edition contains 12 brandnew tracks including the singles ldquoThe Invisible Manrdquo, ldquoBeware Of The Clownrdquo, ldquoYoursquore Gonna Realiserdquo with Booklet.46 years after releasing the groundbreaking debut, ldquoDamned Damned Damnedrdquo, The Damned return with ldquoDARKADELICrdquo, their twelfth studio album and their first one since 2018rsquos Top Ten release ldquoEvil Spiritsrdquo. The album catches the band that launched punk and invented goth once again innovating and expanding upon their unique universe. The lead single and video for ldquoThe Invisible Manrdquo is a showcase for Captain Sensiblersquos riffadelic guitarwork and David Vanianrsquos snarling baritone vocals. ldquoDARKADELICrdquo barrels along from there and features some of The Damnedrsquos sharpest songwriting and genrebending performances reaching peaks with future singles ldquoYoursquore Gonna Realiserdquo and ldquoBeware of the Clownrdquo drenched in classic horror movie references, nods to swinging 60rsquos London, and a refined palette of musical influences. The Damned will indeed paint the world DARKADELIC in 2023.
