The Darling Buds are an alternative rock band from Newport, Wales. The band formed in 1986 and were named after the H. E. Bates novel The Darling Buds of May. Erotica is the third and final album by The Darling Buds, released in October 1992, a few weeks before Madonnas album of the same name. The album contained the US single, Long Day in the Universe, which was featured on the soundtrack for the Mike Myers film, So I Married an Axe Murderer. Erotica is available as a limited edition of 750 individually numbered copies on translucent yellow coloured vinyl and includes an insert.
