The Ethiopians were one of Jamaicas most popular bands in the late ska, rocksteady and early reggae period. They were founded by Leonard Dillon, Stephen Taylor and Aston Morrison, and recorded several hit singles, including ldquoTrain To Skavillerdquo and ldquoOwe Me No Pay Merdquo.When their third album was released, reggae music was shifting from rough and fast towards a smoother and slower level.
