Live in ’69 Vinyl. This ’69 Vinyl is in stock. For more check out all the official Nina Simone merchandise & vinyl available for home delivery with Vinyl Records London, only £20 +P&P Nina Simone was not known as a hit maker but in a 6 month period between October 68 and February 69 she had four entries in the UK pop charts. This was due in no small part to an eightday promotional trip to the UK, which culminated in a live concert recorded for London Weekend Televisions Sound of Soul at Wembley Studios. Side one of this LP contains six songs from the show that was broadcast on New Yorks WNED TV station on March 9th 1969. A further four songs from her July 28th 1969 performance at JuanLesPins Jazz Festival in Antibes are featured on side two

Vinyl

Vinyl records are a timeless format that continues to captivate music lovers with their warm, analogue sound. Unlike digital formats, vinyl offers a rich, textured listening experience that many argue feels more authentic and immersive. With their larger artwork and tangible presence, records bring a sense of nostalgia and artistry to any music collection.

Whether you’re a seasoned collector or new to the world of vinyl, records have a unique ability to connect listeners to music on a deeper level. Their physical grooves and the ritual of placing a needle on a spinning disc create a tactile and engaging experience. From classic albums to modern releases, vinyl remains a cherished way to enjoy music.
