Side One was recorded at BBC TV Studios for Late Night LineUp and Zappa starts off by thanking the BBC for featuring music which could never be heard on American radio. On Side Two we have another studio broadcast, this time from ORTF Frances Forum Musiques presented by Philippe Koechlin. The band performs, in front of a crowd of around fifty enthusiastic spectators, The String Quartet, the original stage name for the medley of 34Pound for a Brown34 and 34Sleeping in a Jar.34 And finally, a couple of live bonus tracks from TV shows In Memoriam Hieronymus Bosch from Fred Weintraub039s WORTV New York show From The Bitter End and America Drinks And Goes Home from The Steve Allen Show.
