Within a year of her groundbreaking DoubleAlbum ‘Bad Girls ‘ , Donna Summer left Casablanca Records to become the first Artist signed to the new Geffen Records label. The fourth album released for the label was 1987’ s ‘ALL SYSTEMS GO ‘ , was recorded in both Los Angeles and Munich and was predominantly produced by longterm Giorgio Moroder collaborator and movie soundtrack composer, Harold Faltermeyer, giving the album a slightly harderedged, FMradio friendly sound with a heavier RampB influence.Out of the two further tracks recorded for the album, ‘Dinner With Gershwin’ , which was produced by Richard Perry and written by Brenda Russell, gave the album that desired FMradio sound, with the single becoming a worldwide hit reaching 13 in the UK singles chart. Other singles include ‘Only The Fool Survives’ , a duet with Starship’ s leadsinger Mickey Thomas and the album’ s title track ‘All Systems Go’ .This special edition revisits the original album on 180g Orange Colour vinyl. Vinyl

Vinyl records are a timeless format that continues to captivate music lovers with their warm, analogue sound. Unlike digital formats, vinyl offers a rich, textured listening experience that many argue feels more authentic and immersive. With their larger artwork and tangible presence, records bring a sense of nostalgia and artistry to any music collection.

Whether you’re a seasoned collector or new to the world of vinyl, records have a unique ability to connect listeners to music on a deeper level. Their physical grooves and the ritual of placing a needle on a spinning disc create a tactile and engaging experience. From classic albums to modern releases, vinyl remains a cherished way to enjoy music.
