Good Cop Bad Cop on LP LP from Good Cop Bad Cop is available for home delivery with Vinyl Records London, only £25 +P&P Sticker sheet within album packaging.Good Cop Bad Cop is the brainchild ofJoe Carnall Jnr a longtime darling of the Sheffield music scene. Carnall rose to prominence as the frontman of 00s indie bandMilburnwho have enjoyed an incredible resurgence since their return six years ago. They are still the only artist to play their hometown O2 Academy on four consecutive nights, totting up an incredible 9,000 ticket sales. However, Carnall has always been one to look forward instead of back. In 2018 he began writing what would become Good Cop Bad Cops debut offering, which was recorded in Los Angeles, USA. Although 2024s followup was put together closer to home, the guitars were left in their cases for the most part, with Carnall and producerGold TeethAndy Nicholson opting to further push the synth and hiphop undertones. The result is something that somehow sounds like both then and now.
An LP, or long-playing vinyl record, is a classic format cherished by music enthusiasts for its warm, authentic sound. Typically featuring up to 45 minutes of music split between two sides, LPs are the perfect way to enjoy full albums as the artist intended. Their larger format also allows for striking album artwork, making them as much a visual delight as an auditory one.
LPs have become symbols of a deeper connection to music, offering a tactile and immersive experience. From the ritual of placing the needle to the soft crackle as the music begins, playing an LP is a nostalgic journey that transcends digital convenience. Whether you’re collecting vintage classics or exploring modern releases, LPs remain an iconic choice for any music lover.
